Welcome to CICE 2012

The CICE meeting, as you probably know, is part of a large Continuing Medical Education Program undertaken by the ICVE-SP (São Paulo Vascular and Endovascular Surgical Institute), therefore the new technologies introduced at this meeting are consolidated along the year through the CECE (Specializing Endovascular Surgery Training Course, available since year 2002), the Advanced Courses on Dissection and Complex Aneurysms or on Complex Lesions of the Supra-aortic Trunks (available since 2007) and the three books (Endovascular Surgery 1st Edition (2006) and Endovascular Surgery 2nd Edition (2010) & Endovascular Management of Aorto-Iliac Complications (2008)) of our authorship.

CICE has been acknowledged for setting new standards and formats to endovascular meetings and for taking endovascular surgery into a different level in Brazil, since its introduction in year 2004.

CICE is at the vanguard of technology, the state-of-the-art in endovascular surgery in Latin America and to maintain this status our Scientific and Organizing Committees members excel themselves year after year to make the new CICE edition better than the last one.

CICE 2012 will take place at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel from April 25-28, 2012 and among the novelties  confirmed are the extension of CICE to 4 days, the women’s session: "International Perspectives on Endovascular Therapy: Women Saving  Lives" with the participation of women from different parts of the world and forgathering party at CLUB A to mention only a few.
